We attended a sniffer class with Emma back in 2023 when my girl was 6 months old. She absolutely loved it and we have done searches ever since. Emma is an exceptional trainer whose passion for the sport is evident in her dedication to helping both handlers and their dogs excel. She breaks down complex concepts into easy to understand terms which make the sessions very engaging and the learning process enjoyable for both dog and owner. She also only uses positive reinforcement techniques which have contributed to me building a strong bond with my dog. Emma also helped me with my dog's reactivity that he developed after he got attacked by another dog. First time out with Emma’s Animals, went along to a Puppy Socialisation Class just for a new location to practice with my pup. Interesting layout with picnic rugs on the grass instead of chairs in a hall, much more natural environment to train. “Stations” set out with a variety of scents, shapes and textures for the pups to investigate and explore as well as the distraction of the other pups. We attended Emma’s puppy play and socialisation class over the weekend and my high expectations were surpassed. Emma provided lots of information but this was balanced perfectly with things for puppy (Maisie 14 weeks) to experience, including tunnels, a paddling pool and ball pit. It wasn’t about the normal sit, down, stay but about building confidence and allowing exploration at their own pace.
